Recommendations should be provided through the electronic system for the issuing of statemes. Any statement sent by mail, email or fax will not be noted. Statements will be kept confidential and will not be returned.

Issuing statements

The person who issues a statement should register in the electronic system online. Statements should be provided during the period from January 1st untill February 28th 2019.

Recommendations registered online need not be sent by e-mail. Everyone who issues a statement have to register in the system. You can add new statements, as well as edit and print earlier statements until February 28th.

Statements will be kept confidential. Neither those seeking grants nor other statement providers will have access to your statements.
