Application

Applications must be sent in between the 1st of January and the 28th of February 2017.

The application form is to be filled in on-line and is found here. The on-line system is available from the beginning of January.

The application is created and submitted online, but in addition, the first page of the final version must be printed out, signed and sent by post to the foundation before the application deadline. All possible enclosures should only be attached within the on-line application system. Only the application should be sent by post (no enclosures). 

Only applications and sent in both via the onlinesystem and a signed copy by post before the application deadline will be processed. 

Instructions for filling in the application form:

Only one copy of the first page of the application form is to be sent in after the online version has been finished.

A short CV and a research plan should be enclosed in the online system. These documents should contain information on the applicant's earlier activity, a list of publications and an estimate of costs for the research project. Publications need not be enclosed.

When a team is applying for a grant, only one copy of the application is to be submitted. However, CVs of all the team members should be enclosed online. A contact person for the team should be noted on the application form.

Under "Reasons for the application" the applicant should shortly describe the research goals and methods as well as the importance and possible applications of the expected results.

The application should be submitted online with attachments (e.g. statements) and the first page of the signed application by post to the foundation by the application deadline (28th of February 2017). Postage stamp dated on the deadline is not sufficient. 

Statement givers should register statements online.
